Returns & Exchanges

At Rosetoylife, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original boutique tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Rosetoylife account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
